Europe need 14.5 of the 28 points to win the trophy back. The United States need 14 to keep it, because a tie leaves the Cup with the holder.

The first foursomes match goes out on Friday 11 September. This page carries the confirmed score once each session closes. While matches are in play, hole by hole scoring runs on the official Solheim Cup site and the LPGA leaderboard.
One thing to know before Friday: as of 9 September the LPGA board still displays the 2024 final under a 2026 header. It switches to this week’s matches when the first group tees off.
Bernardus Golf also runs Solheim Cup Radio, which the Ladies European Tour says will carry live reporters from the course and be available worldwide on the Bernardus website.

Twenty eight matches, one point each. A halved match splits the point. Foursomes is alternate shot, fourballs is better ball, and Sunday puts all 24 players on the course at once.

The opening ceremony is at 5:00 PM CEST on Thursday 10 September, and that is where Friday’s pairings are announced. Sky Sports+ carries it live from 4:00 PM BST. Golf Channel’s own schedule lists no Thursday window, so United States viewers should not count on a live ceremony broadcast.

That half point shapes Sunday afternoon. The Americans arrive as holders after winning 15.5 to 12.5 in 2024, so 14 to 14 is enough for them. Europe cannot draw and keep the trophy. They have to reach 14.5.
Both squads are settled, with no withdrawals reported. Anna Nordqvist leads a European team carrying four rookies, among them Lottie Woad and Mimi Rhodes. The juniors went first on the same course. The United States retained the PING Junior Solheim Cup 13 to 11 on 8 September, holding on after Europe won the Tuesday singles 8.5 to 3.5.

The United States lead the series 11 wins to 7, with the 2023 tie the only stalemate in 19 editions. Home advantage is real. The host team has won 13 of those 19 matches, and the Americans have taken only three of nine trips to Europe, in Wales in 1996, Sweden in 2007 and Germany in 2015.
